Referral & Rewards Scheme - Terms & Conditions

For Candidates & Schools

• The referred candidate or school must not have worked with, registered, or applied to register with Trust Education within the last 12 months.
• The candidate must be referred before they register and complete the registration process within 4 weeks of the recommendation. Any school must book with us within 4 weeks of being referred by another school / candidate (school holidays will not be counted).
• The school or candidate must not have been referred by another person or school employee. If either have been recommended by more than one referrer, the first one that we have on record will be deemed eligible.
• The referred candidate or school must complete a minimum of 15 bookings within a 3-month period.
• Any referrer must seek the permission of the person that they are referring before submitting their details as required to adhere to General Data Protection Regulation. The referee will be financially responsible for any loss or claim arising out of the referee’s failure to gain consent form the referred individual.
• The referrer must contact Trust Education to claim their bonus once the referred person or school has completed the required 15 bookings.
• The referral bonus must be claimed within three months of the school or candidate completing their 15 bookings.
• Any candidate registered with Trust Education referring a colleague will receive a split of £200 (£100 for the referrer and £100 to the referred candidate).
• Any candidates registered with Trust Education who are eligible for a refer a friend or school bonus will have the bonus paid through their weekly pay from Trust Education which will be subject to PAYE deductions.
• Anyone working in a school on a direct contract that refers a candidate to Trust Education will earn their school one free supply day. Also, if a school recommends another school to us, they are eligible to claim one free supply day if the relevant terms are met.
• Trust Education reserves the right to terminate or amend this scheme at any time.
• Trust Education will determine the eligibility for the referral scheme and our decision is final.
• We can only accept referrals for those eligible to work in the UK before being referred to Trust Education.
